Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery times may subject to delays in case of holidays; couriers do not deliver on national holidays and weekends.

 

Shipment processing time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery of items will take upon full payment of the items ordered.

Delivery time frames will begin from the shipment of the order by our Customer Service department, made known by the Order shipment notice sent by e-mail to the Customer.

Delivery of the Products ordered will take place within the delivery times communicated by YACHT BASINS and in the absence of any indication, at the latest within 30 days from the Order, subject to the full payment of the price.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. YACHT BASINS currently does not ship to international countries.

Shipping Service

UPS standard shipping is complimentary with all orders. You will be asked to select the shipment method you prefer as part of the order procedure. Delivery cost depends on the delivery service you select.

Estimated delivery time

4-6 business days to USA. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories can take 6-8 days.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery address within the continental United States*
 
*Delivery delays can occasionally occur*
 
*Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery.
 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

YACHT BASINS does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, freight forwarders, or any university campuses. Orders to any of these destinations will not be processed.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Orders may take 24-72 hours to process, once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped and information containing your tracking numbers(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

YACHT BASINS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, and etc.).

 

Damages

YACHT BASINS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
